A MUST SEE: Healing Neen - Triumph Over Trauma

I don't champion many "inspirational" speakers. However, this documentary is worth repeating. So take a load off your mind, sit back and be inspired. I am sure you will find yourself or a loved one somewhere within the folds of this award winning film.

Hey there my friend. I LOVE the new look. It looks good on you :)

This technology won't play the video for some reason...must be all the water down here on the beach. Will listen at "work" tomorrow and come back. Lol

Gives me another reason to stoop by :)

Love, peace and blessings!

Hello Miss Butterfly,

Thanks for the headsup. I think the problem is in the system of the video provider. I believe it's a vitmoe or something like that. I eventually got it working but it takes forever to "load". Anyway, if you have patience it will play, but I included a youtube version. It's much shorter and not quite as effective but it will have to work. Btw, I think you can relate to this post in several ways. You're on the front lines in your daily occupation and I believe you've shared your own "form" of abuse. However, I think the defining message is - one must find the correct "tools" to move forward. Blame, resentment and anger only keeps us looking back - don't you think? I know you've found a way. Let me know if you were able to view the documentary?

GM Carey. I'm at work and 15 minutes into the video is all I can watch at this point. Tears and an array of emotions. Healing is not only a process but most importantly, a choice. I decided to forgive my abuser, forgive my mother for her lack of love, forgive my father for abandoning me and lastly, I chose to forgive myself. It was not my fault.

If you hadn't posted this, not sure if I would have happened upon it. Although abuse comes in many forms, I'd love to counsel young girls and women on low self esteem and domestic violence relationships.

It never leaves your spirit. You immediately relate to others who have shared similar journeys.

Can't wait till later to watch in its entirety.

Thanks again for posting and sharing. I truly believe we all have the power to make a difference in the life of at least one soul. I pray that I have touched more than one from my line of work.

Hugs
